Linkties Holdings Inc. is pleased to announce that, as of November 21, 2025, it has acquired shares of Simsum Media Inc., making the company a new member of the Linkties Group. On the same date, Mr. Ueno (Director & CRO of Linkties Holdings / Publisher of Forbes JAPAN) assumed the position of Representative Director of Simsum Media, succeeding Mr. Ito. In addition, Mr. Hirota (Editor-in-Chief of Chronos Japan Edition) and Mr. Ota (Executive Officer & CFO of Linkties Holdings) have been appointed as new Directors. Mr. Ito will continue to serve as a member of the Board and remain involved in the company’s management.
